STOP & BEWARE of scams

Be aware of scams that an individual or organization may approach you and pay for the use of your credentials to become an EIDBI service provider. Do not sign paperwork for organizations you are not familiar with, working with, overseeing, or partnering with in a formal capacity.

Searchable list of Minnesota EIDBI providers, courtesy of ATAM

ATAM has began circulating a searchable spreadsheet of Minnesota EIDBI provider agencies as a public service.

ATAM has frequently received complaints from prospective patients that they do not get answers when they attempt to contact a potential EIDBI provider. Therefore, ATAM has gone through the current DHS EIDBI provider director and attempted to verify each provider by googling their phone numbers and names. 100 of the 347 separate provider locations didn't seem to have an identifiable website. Websites, if available, were added to the linked list and also identify if the provider is part of ATAM. The list includes the most salient description of their service provided, noting the ABA approach (if given).
