Emily Michell
Member at Large - PR assistant
Emily is a BCBA that works in a school setting in rural MN, just north of the Twin Cities metro area. She primarily work with special education, all disabilities, ages PreK-21 years of age across Fed 1, 2, 3, and 4 settings. Her main role is consultation along with being a CPI, Ukera, and ALiCE Trainer for the cooperative. In her spare time, she enjoys coaching for girls' high school swimming.
Emily is passionate about disseminating ABA principles and concepts in order to break down barriers and allow easier access for students that may not have the means to access other than a school setting, especially in rural Minnesota.

The member at large - PR assistant currently serves a 2-year term. The member at large - PR assistant completes tasks delegated to them by the PR director. This board member attends communication committee and full board meetings, as well as assist with the dissemination of behavior analytic information via social media, our monthly newsletter, and website. The member at large - PR assistant is responsible for developing content to be shared with MNABA members and assist with event planning and coordination of MNABA memberships. The member at large - PR assistant is elected on even years (e.g., 2024, 2026, 2028, etc.).
