Member at Large - PR assistant
Emily is a school-based BCBA who has been serving the public school setting since 2017. Past experience has included servicing students with disabilities, PreK through 21 years of age, across a wide range of disabilities as well as chemical dependency, trauma, and mental health concerns. Current experience is serving general education students under the guise of MTSS and PBIS frameworks.
Emily is passionate about disseminating ABA principles and concepts in order to break down barriers and allow easier access for students that may not have the means to access other than a school setting, especially in rural Minnesota.

The Secretary/Member-at-Large - Communication's role at MNABA:
The Secretary/Member-at-Large Communications shall serve a two-year term and be responsible for maintaining Executive Board and Communication Committee meeting minutes, board member contact information, meeting notices, agendas, and other organizational documents. This role will file any document required by any statute, federal or state, in collaboration with the organization’s legal counsel and assist with other duties assigned by the Board or President.
The Secretary/Member-at-Large Communications will attend Executive and Communication Committee meetings and support MNABA’s communications, including social media, the monthly newsletter, website, member communications, and event promotion. The role will also assist with event planning, membership coordination, and other communication needs as assigned. This position is elected in even-numbered years (e.g., 2026, 2028, 2030).
