Jarrod became a BCBA in 2019 and is currently working as a licensed Behavior Analyst in Minnesota. He is the Clinical Supervisor for Solutions AIM in Moorhead, a clinic that specializes in early intervention for children with Autism. Jarrod is passionate about growth and dissemination of the field of ABA and a strong advocate for availability and awareness of services. With this role as Administrative Director, Jarrod hopes to continue ensuring efficient organizational structure and processes for MNABA.

The administrative director's role at MNABA
The administrative director currently serves a 3-year term. The administrative assistant attends all executive and full board meetings. The administrative director is responsible for managing all internal documents and documentation needs. The administrative director is responsible for all funds and makes an annual report of the financial status of MNABA for the members, which is presented at the annual business meeting and when requested by the full board. The administrative director manages our federal and state tax filing.
